I'm just wondering what the max time you can set for the bidding to go. I bid on a bunch of items that have no bids and I always want to put the first bid in. It's sort of a pain having to manually do it and then also adding the snipe.

I tried putting 25000-99999 seconds for stuff that ends in a few hours with 0 bids and it didn't put the bid.

First of all I want to thank you for nice software. It make life easier.
My problem is following:
I wanted to buy item seller doesn’t ship to my country. After exchanging emails seller agreed to ship item to my country.
Unfortunately snipe was unsuccessful with announcement :

Could not win (43): The seller doesn't ship to the country where your primary shipping address is located.

Any advice?

I placed my first snipe bid earlier.

The auction ended £50 higher than my Snipe Bid, however, when I looked for my bid in the "bidding history", it was not there. How do I know it worked?

Also, does the Snipe application need to be running ie do i need to be logged into Snipe application for my bid to be placed? The application seems to just close on my PC after a few minutes of not using it, and I have to reload it, is this normal?

I have placed another snipe bid for an auction ending tomorrow (in 24 hours), and don't want to miss out on this one. I have placed my snipe bid, how does it work, will it do it all automatically now?

How about an area to store your auctions won, can be loaded with auction number,paypal info, dates etc. When item rcvd you could delete item or keep for personal or future tax info.

I'm new to this - it was working great earlier this evening.I set up several items with my bid, no problem. Then suddenly when I hit snipe to change the amount or to set up a new item I got redirected to the home page - this happened many times as I kept trying it????? I logged on again each time, got my list but then when hit snipe again the same thing happened - back to the home page.

I placed the snipe about 5 minutes before the auction end and I bid much higher then the other people. And not only I didn't win - the snipe didn't even get placed I checked all the possible options why and I do not see any reason why I shouldn't have won. I'm terribly upset and don't understand how this could have happened.

The the results displayed in Snipe All is slightly different to the eBay search results on the screen?

Snipe All seem to have a few more results, than what shows on the eBay page.

Is it because I use the function 'search title and description' on the ebay search - eBay will display or omit results as I specified, but when click Snipe All, it seems to ignore the fact that I ticked 'search title and description'

i downloaded and installed today but does not show up in my sidebar.

Can someone explain what they do?

you can put a toolbar in firefox so that once it has been clicked it will show all the items added in myibay and ending time.

I have a questionwith regard to solving problems with seller.

I am from germany and used to buy things on german "ebay.de". In the last few weeks I had some issues after end of auction (e.g. seller did not deliver).

Every time when I try to create a ebay problem report there comes up an information box that the auction was down via ebay-UK and I have to go to ebay UK resolution center.

Is it possible to change this so that problems could be solved via ebay.de?

I'm new to sniping and myibay, and despite having read the FAQs, I need to be clear about: To use the free service, I need to be online at the time of auction, yes? And if I don't have a stable or fast connection, I shouldn't depend on my snipe succeeding?
In which case, I should download the shareware software, right? It seems there are two different downloads (not including updates), one the free version and the other, shareware (stand-alone, server supported, etc.)? Or am I missing something?

hi i am using windows premium 7 and i am trying to add a "myibay bid" shortcut link to my explorer 8 browser but cannot get it to work. i have tried what is stated in this link to get it to work but i cannot get it to work http://www.myibay.com/download/myibay-bid.htm

i first tried to drag the link into the my links directly and it does not work. then i tried to save the link into C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Favorites\Links but i cannot find this folder as this is only a xp xp folder and i am using windows 7 does anyone know what folder for windows 7 i have to save it in or anyway to get this working thanks

make it possible to send items from BUY page to GROUPS
Or even better
To select items for a group from the GROUPS page after loading them onto the BUY page.

I go and find 6 items. I'd like one of the 6.
I switch to the groups page, View Items.
See a checkbox to add to a group I have made.
six checkboxs and a "ADD TO GROUP" click and they are in the group.

Also there might be some sort of Icon or indicator for those items in a group on the BUY page.

Might be an idea to allow setting all
bid amounts, and bid times, at once as well?

Just some thoughts.

'My Time' shows -5124 instead off 5 sec after bidding.

What is wrong? I am very angry.

Since I've had myibay, I've been using the desktop screen (instead of this one which I don't like), because I could bring it up in a smaller size where it lays over the top of the item screen and I can still see the item number without changing screens or writing the number down. I don't use the "import from watching" option because I commonly have many more items on that screen than I actually bid on, and it wants to import all of the items on my list.

My problem is... I "enlarged" the offline screen one time by mistake and now it always loads to the large size screen and I want the small screen back. I tried to fix it today so it would go back to the smaller size I like by clicking "open to" tool bar (on bottom), but now I can't get this offline screen to come up at all so I can change it back! Now what do I to get my offline screen back?

I had to use this web screen to write this, and like I said I very much dislike this online screen for placing my bids, deleting, adding, etc. Please HELP!
