New user, I can't seem to link my ebay account to the iBidder tool using the Chrome extension. When I click the URL to link them it displays the Ebay logo with the words "Access to Website Blocked" as per the file attached in this message.

I don't have 2FA and I have disabled my adblocker.

Note that when I try to snipe a listing using the extension it looks like its working, but on the Myibidder.com website (and the emails I seem to be getting every 10 mins from you) it's not linked.

I am having troubled logging in to myibidder.com. after I changed my ebay id username. It says wrong user id/password.

Password is the same and I can log into ebay without any issues. This has been an issue for the past 2 weeks. How do I fix this?

Do you have to delete your bid in order to change it?

Or is there a way to revise it?

I just bought prog via ebay....cant find location to enter registration key,,,,Help.

Hi I used myibidder for like 2 years and everything is perfect.
But yesterday I find that I can’t link my eBay account to it.
When I click the sign-in next to link eBay account,it directs to the eBay website and nothing happens.
The eBay account is already signed in and no “agree” button shows up.
It just ends in the eBay website.
What is going on?

I keep having a problem with the app saying I lost because my bid was too low according to ebay bid increments.
However my bid seems to be much higher than the winning bid. But. ...
I still lost.
This has happened more than once to me.
Why am I losing bids?
I've used your app for a very long time and never had this issue before.

I lost because my bid was too low but the winning bid was only $3.80
My bid was 5.05 but it did not enter it.

What exactly does the "all" button do?

"Time Left" should count down.

"Current Bid" should refresh periodically.

There needs to be a delete button next to each snipe, not just one hidden button at the bottom of a very long page.

There should be an option to add thumbnails of the items.

I can get to the web page of myibay. And I cut & pasted my ebay password in both the web page AND the desktop app. But the app won't connect it sasy either password is incorrect or connection error. I can connect all the time and I have 20 tabs open in my browser including myibay. Any idea why. I did link my ebay account which the web page shows and I had to approve it also.

Since I upgraded my iPhone XR to iOS 14.2 Myibidder has stopped working. It won’t even open. Any ideas ?

I tried to snipe lot 133584701756 by myibidder.
I cannot see what bids were made by your service, but a letter from ebay said that it was 160 euros. If we take a look to bid history we see that previous bid was 92 euros. And now I have a blocked account.
How did that happen and how I can to avoid this in future?

I love the service and would love to donate. I suggest you sign up for Patreon ... I have several services that I donate $1 or $2 every single month. Sure, a "one time" donation of $10 is nice, but if just 1,000 people signed up for monthly donations, I'd think that $1000/month of steady income would be preferable (and yes, I'm sure Patreon takes a cut).

App is crashing on iOS 14.2.1. iPhone 12 pro max

I cannot access the desktop app using my ebay username as I was directed in the email I received. But when I use my email address and password I can access the app. But when I use the registration key (help > enter key) and log out and then log in again, I still get the message that I am using the evaluation version which I should not be getting after I enter the registration key. I suspect that if I could access the app with my ebay user id and then use the registration key I would not be getting that message. Can you help me out? Many thanks.

Не могу создать группу. У меня три лота в "КУПИТЬ", уже активировала снайпер на них. Могу купить только один из них. Заканчиваются они через 2 мин каждый от предыдущего, т.е. первый в 8:11, второй в 8:13, третий в 8:15. Объясните пожалуйста пошагово как их объединить в группу.? Можно ли в одной группе на каждую вещь ставить свою ставку(разные суммы)? или всё по одной ставке? Я пробовала ,но сомневаюсь, не понятно. Я делала так: 1.Зашла в "Группы", в Add Group придумала и написала название группы.2.Справа нажать Update Alt 3. Дальше не понятно. Появляются поля: view items, в "Побеждать" ставить 1(т.е. хочу что б 1 лот выиграл). А потом что? Как активировать? Где писать размер ставки? Или они уже мной изначально забиты в "Купить"?

I have used myibay for years and have not had any issues. I told my friend about the program and suggested he purchase the software . He did but he is unable to log on. I think the problem may lie in the fact that he used his email instead of Ebay ID when he purchased the software.
The software will not allow log in on neither the Ebay ID or his email.
How do help him fix this?

Most times I log on today I keep being asked to link my eBay account. I relink it and it all looks OK but a short while later it just seems to lose the link again. Any help would be much appreciated.

I entered the username and password correctly even tried to copy and paste it and still get an error that can't connect
