Hi, everything on the 'BUY' side works fine, but items listed in my 'SELL' side are not being updated. One of my items sold early with a 'Buy it now', yet it shows in my display as still being active. Another item has been bid on, yet the display shows '0' bids.
Any help here?

Now, the updates on the 'Buy' side don't appear to be updating current bid and price.....

I have checked the FAQ and realize bids are not updated but a couple of times a day. However, item # 140319765675 has had bids on it from three days ago, yet on my BUY page it still shows NO BIDS. I have clicked my Browser REFRESH button, and the UPDATE STATUS button on the Snipe page, and still it shows NO BIDS.
This lack of update information makes sniping more difficult since you have no idea of the current price or number of bidders bidding on it. Both of those are important in determining a snipe price.

Updating is done for active items only (the ones you have snipe set).
Clicking Refresh button on your browser does not refresh items on the server.
You have to click "Refresh" button on the Snipe/Details page of the item.
"Update Status" button is for updating statuses of your items only (i.e. Paid, Received, PayPal, etc).
Please let me know if you still have problems.
