Hi guys,
Great extension which I use all the time, however I have noticed that my New Window feature (CTRL+N) in no longer working in Firefox 3.0.11 when running the myibay extension (though a process of elimination). I am using Windows Vista Ultimate SP2.
Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Welcome to our forums.
I don't think this was caused by Myibay extension, because it does not control it. I just tried my Firefox (3.0.11 and 3.5RC2) and both works fine with Ctrl+N.
I would suggest to try to disable all extensions and try to open a new window. Then you can enable extension one by one to see which one created this problem for you.
You can also enable just Myibay extension alone and see if you will have the same issue.

I think you are right, I've disabled everything then enabled myibay and the new window does work. I'll do some more digging and find out what is causing this.

Looks like it might be the firebug extension.

I use Firebug 1.4.0b2 with no problems (Firefox 3.5RC2).
I would suggest to get the latest beta which is compatible with Firefox 3.0 at their site. Some old version of Firebug had issues like this.

Thanks for bearing with me. I have done some more testing.
I have installed Firefox 3.5 RC3 with all extensions disabled. New Window works fine.
Only Firebug 1.4.0b2 extension enabled. New Window works fine.
Only myibay 1.1.0 extension enabled. New Window works find.
Both Firebug 1.4.0b2 and myibay 1.1.0 extensions enabled all others disabled. New Window does not work.
Could there be a possible conflict with myibay and Firebug?
Are you able to see if you get the same results for this scenario?

I just updated to FF RC3 and tried it.
It works well with Firebug 1.4.0b2 and Myibay extension (1.1.0 and coming 1.1.1).
I personally use Firebug often and did not see any conflicts like this.
Is it possible that you have some option in your Firefox which disables New window somehow?
Can you open a new tab Ctrl+T?
I would try to create a new profile for Firefox and try with clean settings.
