When I use the tools to import watched items, myibay comes back stating that I have 0 items, when I do in fact have several. What's up with that?

You either don't have active items (items which are not ended yet), or your "My eBay" profile have your watching list hidden (closed).
Please let me know your eBay user id (without password) so I can check.

Hi,
there is something ending in three hours that I really want to bid on, can someone fix this for me asap please a I'm heading to bed soon, and staying up until the early hours for a reply seems ot defeat the purpose of having a sniper system

You could always add that item manually.
In order to import your watching items, you have to unhide it in your "My eBay" profile. If it's hidden, it will be invisible for myibay as well.
If you believe that you did unhide it, please let me know your eBay user id so I can check.
P.S.: As I mentioned before, you can always add that item manually and use it.

There was a change to eBay's layout which cause it.
Someone was able to provide me an eBay user id and some samples so I was able to track it and update accordingly. It should work fine now.
Please let us know if any issues.

Can someone please explain step by step how to "unhide" your watched items in "my ebay" as mentioned. I've never heard at all before that your watched items are hidden. I don't know where in my profile to "unhide" my watched items. Some help please, thanks. Some auctions I want to bid on are ending soon.
I'm on the latest version of myibay sniper.

I'm having the same problem that my watched items don't auto load at once when I click the button at the bottom of myibay sniper program.
Also, the firefox extension doesn't seem to be working anymore for the latest update of mozilla firefox (3.5.4.)
