Just sniped and missed the item although my bid was well ablove winning bid, I got this message;
Final price: 365.55
Snipe: 380.00
Status from eBay:
Could not win (10): This listing has ended
Whats it mean please???

I see eBay was too slow to respond during a few minutes. I'm sorry it affected you.
P.S. If you use snipe time 3 seconds or less, you should switch to something like 5-6 seconds.

Sometimes when eBay is slow, it could take up to 10-20 seconds to submit your snipe.
Unfortunately, there is nothing can be done about it. Even the manual snipe would be late.
Luckily, it happens much more rare compared to what was there a couple years ago. I can say that eBay is aware and working on it to improve it.

This same thing just happened to me...so your saying I should set my snipe to 20 seconds?

I never said that.
I was saying that in some rare situations eBay could be slow to respond, even if you snipe manually.
You did not include the item number in question, so it's possible there was another reason (i.e. the seller blocked you for some reasons).
