You made a post to General support. Is it actually general support or some kind of app specific question? Please clarify or provide a screenshot if not sure.

I'm guessing you're "S"? I received an email from and "S" stating that I need to sign in using the ID I used when I bought the proggie. I probably used an email (jw1875@hotmail) while my eBay sign in is "sci01".
