We would like to inform you that there is a new process to access your eBay account which should improve your sniping reliability.
Your sniper account must be separate from your eBay account.
You have to link your eBay account to the sniper, otherwise your snipes will fail.

Linking the sniper to your eBay account.
1. Login to the sniper using https://www.myibidder.com/main/ebay
2. Click "Sign-in" next to "Link eBay account"
3. You will be redirect to eBay page where you have to login and click "Agree"
4. Once you get back to the sniper, you should see "Linked" next to "Status". That confirms your link

After this is all complete, you can use the service (including mobile apps) as you would normally do.
Just make sure you always login using your sniper's username and password to the sniper, not your eBay account.

If you can't access your sniper's account.

You can try one of the older passwords to see if you can access it.
If it did not work, you need to reset your sniper's password here:
https://www.myibidder.com/login/reset

If you don't want to recover your original sniper account, you can create a new one here:
https://www.myibidder.com/login/signup
Don't forget to link it to eBay after the creation (located under "Profile" in the sniper).

Any questions, please feel free to contact support with your username:

I keep linking my Ebay account to Mybidder but it keeps "unlinking". This really sucks.

It does not unlink on its own. You probably did not complete the link or maybe linked already.
Please contact support directly with your username if you need assistance.

You mean the Web version still shows that you need to link it? If yes, please make sure you use the same username to login. Seems like you have more than one account and may be confused between them.

I have the same issue of getting the "must link" message box in the stand-alone program on Windows and it will not snipe. I have linked my ebay account to my ibidder account in my profile on the ibidder website. There is nowhere in the PC program to enter any info other than the ebay login info.
I used Myibidder on the PC for years with NEVER a problem, Now, all of a sudden it will not place snipes. PLEASE assist.

Sinserely, John
