Hi there, great app. I had a big win last week which would have otherwise been competitive and expensive.
In a situation where I already have an opening bid on ebay for £30.00, and there are currently no other bids with 2 days to go. If I place another bid on the same item on Mybidder linked to the same ebay account this time for £40.00 as a form of cover, will the app recognise that I'm bidding against myself and go with my lower bid on ebay? If not what is the best way of going about this as it is not safe to assume no one else will bid in the time remaining?

Yes, it is safe to bid manually and then put a higher snipe in Myibidder.

Will my bid go up if I do the reverse of the other question asked: the snipe is active, but I happen to be online and bid on ebay to make sure, will my bid increase with myself as my competition?

As I mentioned above, you can't bid against yourself.
It's safe to snipe and bid on the same listing.
