Every time I try to import watch or bidding list it tells me "no active items". The only way I can get them is to add item I'd and it comes right up. I use this app all the time and never had a problem up until about a week ago. I tried logging in and out and still does the same. Any way to fix the issue?

You did not include any reference information such as your eBay user id, so I can't tell exactly what happened.
But that usually happens because you changed your eBay password, but did not login with your updated password to the sniper.
The sniper can't access your Watch List and bid on your behalf without having the current login information.
If that's the case, why did you re-login using your old password?

Hi,
I seem to have the same issue, Ebay username is wakeupandfly, it will not import my watch list. Have re installed the app and logged in again still no joy

Please check my response above where I mentioned that this happens when you changed your eBay password but keep loging in using your old password for some reason.
You should always login with your current eBay password to keep it in sync.

Hi,
I have tried logging in and it if both Ebay and the ibidder app to confirm the password (it hasn't been changed recently) and still no joy

wakeupandfly,
The password you have in the sniper does not match your current eBay password.
If not sure, please login to eBay first and then use the same login information to login to the sniper.

I am having the same problem. I import my list and it still says zero active listings. I logged out on ebay and back in did the same on ibid. What am I doing wrong

I have the same problem app says that it cannot find any active items when I try to import my watch list. eBay password has not been changed. I can log into and out of both eBay and Myibidder using the correct password. Looks like eBay has changed something on their interface that is stopping Myibidder recovering the list of watch items.
