Hi there. Just noticed that I can't activate the snipe by putting in a value. The app defaults to the previous screen and does not allow the dollar amount to be entered.

Please let me know the version of the app you are using.
Also, let me know the model/make of your Android device and the version of OS.

Apparently, I had the original version on my phone at one point and then deleted it when I encountered some error and this was working fine. I've no idea how to reinstall it. If you can send me link to the original version, I'd try it out and report back.

The easiest is to navigate to Google Play and click "Leave Beta" link which is located somewhere toward the bottom. You may need to scroll a little bit to see it.

It seems like the problem is related to launching the phone's keyboard. I left the beta version. Reinstalled from the link you sent, and when I tried to login the first time, the app would not allow my keyboard to launch. Restarted my phone, tried it... And managed to login to the app. When I tried to link my ebay account, the keyboard failed to launch again. I guess the issue I faced when I first posted here was being unable to add a bid amount which was also from the keyboard failing to launch.

Just to get it clear:
The non-Beta version has the issue with your keyboard on the Login screen, and the Beta app has a different keyboard issue on the Snipe screen.
Is that what you see?

Also, are you using any custom keyboard on your device?

I am using the Microsoft Swyft keyboard, but when this first appeared (on my beta version), I changed to the Samsung keyboard and it still failed.

I'm running the non beta version at the moment and still having issues. I can't even link my account to test out the solution. It seems to be related to the keyboard.

Got it. Thanks a lot for the provided information.
I got a similar Samsung device (slightly older) and was able to replicate the same issue based on your description.
It seems like the new Android OS had some changes implemented which caused the issue. I just created a fix for it and pushed to Google Play for a review.
Normally, the review process is done within 12 hours or so. The new Beta version is 2.3.44 when reviewed.

When available, please check and let me know how it works for you.

Thanks. Sorry for this next question but I left the beta version to test the old version. How do I get the latest beta update? Do I need to get the beta version again or can I just update through the playstore?

You will need to get to the Beta again for this.
This release was not pushed into normal channel due to testing.
